I will never forget the day that we got the call that our business could no longer be funded due to the pandemic. I was CRUSHED. My husband and I both were. This was a literal dream that we had been building for a decade.
We believed that this is EXACTLY where God had us because every piece of the puzzle came from Him while we were seeking out His plan for our business + growth.
If you let it, the things that we seemingly fail at, will start to define your next steps.
We were both at a loss for what to do next, but what we DID know was that if this was the end to the dream as we thought it and had known it, God was going to provide something else. Something bigger + more beautiful that would be born out of our loss.
I remember having a pity party for myself and feeling lost and confused, but we laid it down and surrendered it COMPLETELY.
He had never failed us yet and I knew He wasn't about to start.
Through my patience and surrender, God brought me the most beautiful gifts of community + home-based business and sisterhood that has completely shaped my understanding of waiting on God. 💗💗💗
