A communal God made you for community!
God is 3 in 1! The Holy Trinity: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit He is communal for eternity!
God created us out of pure love and for belonging! By our pure creation we are intended for community until eternity too!
The Bible refers to us numerous times as parts of a body, the parallel of our spiritual and physical creation are so intensely HOLY!
Romans 12:4-5 For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.
Ephesians 4:16 From whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.
1 Corinthians 12:27-31 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it. And God has appointed in the church first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, helping, administrating, and various kinds of tongues. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? But earnestly desire the higher gifts. And I will show you a still more excellent way.
Your community can help direct you towards your path or steer you away from it! For this reason, guard your circle, love and serve well and never neglect to join in community. It is the lifeblood to our continual growth in fellowship and understanding how God created us!
