Like many of you, ever since I was little I felt God’s calling on my life… Even though— my beautiful mom and maternal figure passed away… My family was broken… The enemy tried to get the best of me - and he sure did have a solid run at a few years of distracting me from God’s best…
But even through those turbulent years, the Lord never stopped speaking to me. He told me time and time again that if I followed him and let Him rule and guide my life, that He would give me the life of my desires and dreams.
But there were hard and fast rules that I would have to follow.
@thedanielcrouch and I would have to be celibate until marriage.
I would have to stop drinking completely.
I would have to put Him first and remove all other idols in my life. THEN I could tap into my GREATNESS.
See, many of us aren’t willing to do what’s necessary to gain access to our greatness. I know without a shadow of a doubt, that if I continued to live my way and not God’s way, that I wouldn’t be living the life of my answered prayers now.
So many of us give up before we reach our greatness because we get weary before we even can reach the other side. 🌈
Yes, uncovering your greatness may take endurance, perseverance and hard work. The journey and calling are different for everyone. But if you ONLY KNEW how amazing God’s plan is for you- you wouldn’t even think twice about doing whatever you had to do to get there.
